Deploying Plan No. 2424/KH-SDL of the Department of Tourism of Khanh Hoa Province on the survey and development of an excursion program to serve international cruise tourists arriving at Cam Ranh International Port, on the morning of September 27, 2024, leaders of the Department of Tourism, representatives of specialized departments and units under the Department, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and representatives of a number of cruise agents and travel businesses welcomed cruise passengers visited and surveyed a number of locations, scenic spots, historical relics and tourist destinations in Cam Lam District, Cam Ranh City and service facilities serving cruise tourists arriving at Cam Ranh International Port.

The program surveyed tourist areas and attractions, community-based tourism models, scenic spots, historical sites in Cam Lam District, Cam Ranh City and service facilities serving cruise tourists to Cam Ranh International Port, at the same time building and forming new tours and tourist destinations to serve international cruise tourists to Cam Ranh International Port, ...helping tourists better understand the historical and cultural values, people and tourist landscapes in Khanh Hoa. The management is enhanced while the quality of tourism products is improved, and sightseeing programs in localities are diversified to serve sightseeing tours for tourists to Khanh Hoa.

After the survey, the delegation gave some information to evaluate the tours and points to make the most convenient for serving cruise tourists when arriving at Cam Ranh port after making the decision to pause to pick up ships in Nha Trang, find new tourism products near Cam Ranh port to create products for cruise tourists, domestic tourists to buy Ocop products from local products, and at the same time need support from Cam Ranh New Port on paperwork, simple and create the most favorable conditions for businesses to welcome cruise ships to transport guests from Tan Cang in order to attract cruise tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa in the coming time.

In the coming time, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association will coordinate with travel businesses to build new tours to develop Cam Lam - Cam Ranh tourism to serve cruise tourists.
