After a period of development, the Department of Tourism has recently introduced the Web App of the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center at https://ttdhsdl.khanhhoa.gov.vn. With this application, tourists can easily find necessary information about tourism of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa such as: accommodation establishments, travel agencies, restaurants, entertainment spots, tourism products and shopping malls...
The Tourist Support and Information Operation Center for tourists is a project in the digital transformation plan of the Tourism industry in the period of 2022 - 2025.The project has a total investment of about VND 4.7 billion from the provincial budget. The investment items of the project include: procurement of equipment to improve the capacity of the Tourist Support Division under Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Information Center (including information reception stations to support tourists, hotline switchboards within the scope of management); equipment includes: Desktop computers, landline phones with recording function, headphones, mobile phones with recording function, calling function, Internet connection; touch screen kiosks to collect tourists' feedbacks and look up on the spot. In addition, the project also builds training software and guides the use of the "Tourism Information Management System" at the Department of Tourism.

After a period of development, the Department of Tourism has recently introduced the Web App of the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center at https://ttdhsdl.khanhhoa.gov.vn. Currently, when accessing the above address, tourists can look up accommodation establishments, travel agencies, guides, restaurants, entertainment spots, tourism resources, tourism products, shopping malls, business data, cultural festivals, cultural events... in different languages. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong - Chief of Office of the Department of Tourism said that the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center had posted on the website information of 225 accommodation establishments, 22 travel agencies, 31 tourist destinations, 22 tourism products... When visiting the website, tourists can access to basic information such as: address, phone number, email, websites of units, star rating (for accommodation establishments), positioning on a digital map, looking at tourists' reviews of services and products provided by businesses. With just one single click, tourists can easily connect to the website or social networking sites of these businesses. Currently, the Tourism Management Division (Department of Tourism) continues to update more data.In addition, tourists can pose questions directly to the center's support staff, report emergency situations to the authorities through the center's hotline or feedback messages, comments...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of the Department of Tourism shared that the websites managed by the Department of Tourism such as nhatrang-travel.com, sdl.khanhhoa.gov.vn mainly provided information about destinations to tourists, but there was no interaction to grasp the psychology and tastes of tourists. The web app of the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center was born to create a unified and focused information channel to support destinations for tourists, allowing them to connect with other information systems and social networks to support tourists, overcome the shortcomings of existing software and information systems, increase interactive experiences for tourists, and facilitate the management of specialized agencies.In addition, the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center also overcomes the current limitations in operating and handling issues to support tourists, towards a smart and safe tourism environment, supervise and ensure security and safety for tourists.
The Tourist Support and Information Operation Center has provided a wealth of valuable information to those who are interested in Khanh Hoa tourism, especially tourists. However, many parties in the tourism industry think that this application needs more items such as: Travel news (to post articles of the press about Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism), review Khanh Hoa tourism, and promotions of tourism businesses...
According to leaders of the Department of Tourism, currently the Tourist Support and Information Operation Center is still in the testing period. In the coming time, the Department will continue working with the consulting unit to supplement necessary items.
