The Vietnam Culture - Tourism Festival in China aims at celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the "Year of Vietnam-China Humanistic Exchange" 2025.The program is chaired, organized and implemented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

In the series of events of the program, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, in collaboration with the Office of International Cooperation Department, the Tourism Development Assistance Fund and the Departments of Tourism of Khanh Hoa, Hanoi, Da Nang, Quang Ninh...representatives of leaders of the Tourism Associations and travel and accommodation businesses of localities visited and worked with leaders of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province, China on November 4 and leaders of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, China on November 6.

At the meeting, Mr.Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, as head of the delegation, emphasized the significance of tourism cooperation between Vietnam and China in general and Yunnan province and Chongqing city in particular. Vietnam has numerous tourist destinations, products, and services suitable for Chinese tourists, particularly those from Yunnan province, such as cultural tourism, natural tourism, ecotourism with cultural heritages, cuisine, sea, and islands... that are very appealing to Chinese tourists, including Yunnan province and Chongqing city. In contrast, China also has various destinations that attract Vietnamese tourists.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh – Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism introduced potentials of Khanh Hoa tourism, the cooperation to develop and attract tourist exchange between Khanh Hoa province and Chinese localities in recent years and proposed certain solutions to strengthen cooperation and growth in the number of tourists in the coming time.

Also within the framework of the program, Khanh Hoa tourism has implemented display activities to introduce the potentials and strengths of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa tourism destinations to Chinese tourism organizations and businesses.
