The Golden Kite Award Announcement and Award Ceremony takes place on September 10, 2024

According to Plan No. 9478/KH-UBND dated August 26, 2024 of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province on coordinating the organization of Golden Kite Awards 2024 in Khanh Hoa Province. Accordingly, a number of programs on the sidelines of the Award Ceremony and the program contents hosted by Khanh Hoa Province will take place from September 1 to September 11, 2024 in Nha Trang city such as: Workshop, discussions on Vietnamese cinema, Flag-raising ceremony to welcome the dawn for all delegates attending Golden Kite Awards Ceremony 2024, a number of Talkshows with film crews, sightseeing and experiencing activities in Nha Trang city. The propaganda and promotion activities, Gala dinner program, film screening activities in Golden Kite Award Announcement and Award Ceremony 2024 will take place from 17:00 to 21:30 p.m. on September 10, 2024 at Do Theater Square, Vega City Nha Trang project.

To implement this program, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to be the focal point for receiving information, coordinating with the Vietnam Cinema Association, KDI Holdings Group and related departments, divisions, and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee on a plan to coordinate the organization of Golden Kite Award Ceremony 2024  and documents to send to businesses, organizations, and individuals sponsoring the Golden Kite Awards event. This is the third year that Khanh Hoa province has coordinated with the Vietnam Cinema Association to organize the Golden Kite Awards. The event is organized with the aim of creating a three-way cooperation link between the Vietnam Cinema Association, KDI Holding Group and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee in promoting the image of the Golden Kite Awards Ceremony in particular and the activities of the cinema industry in general to friends and tourists at home and abroad, contributing to honoring national cultural values, affirming the spirit, will and development aspirations of Vietnam in general and Khanh Hoa Province in particular in the development of the cultural industry. This will contribute to promoting the image of the homeland, the country, and the people of Khanh Hoa, introducing the socio-economic development potential of the province, attracting domestic and foreign filmmakers to the filming scene in Nha Trang, thereby attracting tourists to the coastal city through film activities.
