For the 4th time, Vietnam has been honored as the World's Leading Heritage Destination

(TITC) - On the evening of December 1, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), the World Travel Awards honored Vietnam as the World's Leading Heritage Destination in 2023. This is the fourth time Vietnam has received this prestigious award after the previous three times in 2019, 2020 and 2022.

To win, Vietnam overcame many strong candidates including Egypt, Greece, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, and Armenia.

The title of World's Leading Heritage Destination once again affirms the potential and top attraction of natural resources as well as the value of long-standing cultural heritage. By achieving the title of World's Leading Heritage Destination 2023, Vietnam will promote its tourism image more widely to international friends, bringing a breath-taking image of Vietnam with efforts to preserve and promote the country's heritage values, contributing to raising the level of Vietnamese tourism, making Vietnam shine on the world tourism map.
