Opening ceremony of The Arena resort & entertainment complex

On the afternoon of October 4, 2022 at The Arena Resort & Entertainment Complex, Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company and Arena Management & Service (AMS) held the opening ceremony to operate The Arena Resort & Entertainment Complex. Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien - Director of Department of Culture and Sports, Mr. Hoang Dao Hiep - CEO of ARENA Management and Service Joint Stock Company (AMS), leaders of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company, Tourism Promotion Information Center, travel businesses and press agencies.

At the opening ceremony, the representative of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company and Arena Management & Service (AMS) introduced the overall Arena resort and entertainment complex, with a room fund of more than 3,500 tourist apartment units and more than 120 shop villas in the pedestrian street area. In the first year of official operation, The Arena Resort and Entertainment Complex is expected to welcome a large number of visitors with the largest capacity in Cam Ranh area, becoming a tourist attraction both at home and abroad. Also at the Opening Ceremony, there was a program to sign a minutes to transfer the operation, management and business development from Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company to Arena Management & Service (AMS), execution of Memorandum of Understanding to support information and tourism promotion between AMS and Khanh Hoa Tourism Department, strategic cooperation between AMS and Vietnam Tourism company, strategic cooperation between AMS and Top Travel company.

The Arena resort and entertainment complex was recognized by Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism to meet the minimum conditions of technical facilities and services to serve tourists on September 8, 2022. On October 4, 2022, The Arena started operation and trial run, opening a new tourist and entertainment accommodation for tourists in the North Cam Ranh peninsula tourist area, contributing to the diversification of Khanh Hoa tourism products. The Arena is the first and only project in Bai Dai with a long-term strategy of building a different destination brand experience. This is a very effective development trend in the world that brings long-term sustainable profits to investors but is rarely applied in Vietnamese projects. It is this unique point that will make a bold impression for The Arena on the real estate market of Cam Ranh in particular and the country in general.
