The second " Vietnam International Photography Festival" to be held in 2023 in Binh Thuan

(TITC)-on April 13, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 949/QD-BVHTTDL on the organization of the second "Vietnam International Photography Festival" in 2023.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan Province and related authorities and units to organize the "International Photography Festival" Vietnam" for the second time in 2023 in Binh Thuan.

Activities at the second "Vietnam International Photography Festival" in 2023 include: Organizing photo exchange and composing in Binh Thuan; Organizing photo exhibition "Vietnam through the lens of international photographers" (2nd time) in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province; Organizing seminars and exchanging photography expertise during the photo exhibition "Vietnam through the lens of international photographers" (2nd time) in Phan Thiet city, along with supporting activities.

The event is one of the activities to implement the content and plan approved by the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism at the Project on Building and Promoting the National Brand "Vietnam International Photography Festival" in the period of 2020 - 2030 in order to build a brand for Vietnamese photography, promote stunning photographs of the country and people of Vietnam, and enhance international exchanges through photography activities. The activities of the second "Vietnam International Photography Festival" will contribute to the enrichment of the activities of the National Tourism Year in Binh Thuan 2023; at the same time, the set of photos for Binh Thuan will be gathered and enhanced, serving to promote Binh Thuan culture and tourism.
