Khanh Hoa has 2 dishes and 2 specialties recognized as Top Vietnamese dishes and specialties in 2021-2022

Vietnam Record Association just issued Decision No. 32/KLVN-TOP/2022 on the establishment of the top 100 specialty dishes and Top 100 specialty gifts of 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam (2021-2922) in search for promoting the cuisine and specialty values of Vietnam. Accordingly, the decision recognized: Nha Trang jellyfish noodles and Van Ninh squid noodles from Khanh Hoa province are listed in Top Vietnamese specialties in 2021-2022; Specialty food: Khanh Hoa Salanganes nest and Cam Lam Mango Rice Paper from Khanh Hoa province are listed in Top 100 Vietnamese gift specialties in 2021-2022 according to the Criteria for announcing the value of Vietnamese cuisine and specialties.

Local dishes and specialties in the Top will be announced and introduced on the portals of the Vietnam Record Organization (Vietking), Top Vietnam, and the Global Vietnamese Record Organization (VietWorld), on media channels of the Vietnam Record system, localities and organizations in the Top are responsible for coordinating with Vietnam Record Organization to promote the image of dishes, specialties, and culinary values of Vietnam at home and abroad. In order to carry out the work of promoting culinary values, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Information and Communications to assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with authorities and agencies in deploying and promoting Khanh Hoa's dishes and specialties that have been established and recognized by Vietnam Record Association to introduce the culinary and cultural values of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa to people and tourists.
